Mr. Caplan convinced a judge at the Airport Courthouse to recall a “No Bail” warrant and place his client on his “Own Recognizance” (O.R.) in a felony drug case where the defendant had been at warrant status for over one year.

Mr. Caplan convinced a judge in Torrance Courthouse to recall and quash a $26,000 bench warrant where the defendant had failed to appear in court and pay his fines. The court reinstated the defendant’s probation with no additional penalties after the defendant paid the original fines.

Mr. Caplan obtained a clerk’s dismissal in a traffic bench warrant matter in the Santa Clarita Courthouse. This warrant had prevented the defendant from obtaining a valid California Driver’s License for over 5 years.
